Management.Adi sankara Training College is run by the Adi Sankara Trust with blessings of the parton His Holiness His Holiness Sri Sri Bharathi Theertha Mahaswamigal of Sarada Peetham Sringeri, His Holiness guides the administration of all the college, including this Training College , through a Board of Trustee.Mr.Anand K is the Managing Trustee. Prof. P.S. Ramachandran in the C.E. O.
The principle is assisted by so many Administrative Boards for the successful functioning of the institution. Principal is responsible for the curricular planning and administration, with the assistance of different Governing Bodies.
1. Staff Council
In the Beginning of each academic year staff council is formed. Staff members are elected for the different position . The staff council assist the Principal in the administration, according their assignments with different duties.
The internal Quality Assurence in functioning in the college and monitors all the activities of the college suggestion for improving quality education and for the development of the infrastructure and the instructional facilities.
It has established on Assure Advisory Committee to run entire administration. It guides and advices the Governing Body and staff council in the decision making. It regular all the cell and subject clubs for the interest of the Institution.
3. QIQA (Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance Committee.)
All the plans of the Institution is monitored evaluated in the yearly meeting,. It ensure the upgradation of the quality of students through result various activities by means of curricular and co-curricular activities.
4. The management council and the college Development Council are functioning as effective Assessment Mechanism.

Managements Commitment and leadership roleAdi Sankara Training College, Kalady, Kerala in blessed with an excellent management council under the leadership of Adi Sankara Trust Sringeri Karnataka. The college management in dedicated to the taste of ensuring effective and efficient institution in academic and administrative aspects of the college.
The college management was the college through the Principal , Teaching staff and non-teaching staff. It actively involves in the planning and implemention of activities that are aimed at realizing the objectives of the college . It support to the college in the appointment of competent and satisfied Teaching facilities efficient supporting staff and males available the the physical infrastructure as per the guidelines of the University NCTE or UGC. St helps in the controversial of teaching , learning process by providing more funds for buying library books , journals, computers and other facilities. The manager of the college visit the college frequently and evaluvate the activities of the college. The management provides all the freedom of the principal and he is made responsible for the managing of the day to day activities of the college. The management ensure the involvement of all the state –holders of the College in the effective functioning of the academic and administrative system of the college.
